- Generosity 301: Manage God’s “trust fund”.
- First thing that man is taught from God is to be a steward.
- We don’t see ourselves as entitled. We see ourselves as entrusted.
- 1. My use of money will not get me into heaven.
- 2. My use of money can keep me out of heaven.
- The stuff of their sin was the sinful use of their stuff.
- Question: If you don’t own it, why did God loan it?
- 3. My use of money can put treasure in heaven.
- Empire of the world, uses people to win money, but people in Jesus’ Kingdom use money to win people.
- 4. My use of money can bring heaven to earth.
- As managers of the trust of God, you and I will partner in the mission of God, to make Jesus famous all over the world.
