  2. Jonah’s theology is huge but his heart is puny.
  3. God always has a move to counter your every move.
  4. The waves of rebellion always crash over the decks of the innocent.
  5. This story is telling us to get rid of our prejudices about the people in our Nineveh.

  8. 2. God will send a storm to get you back on the right course.
  9. God doesn’t do payback, he does bring back.
